Framework Agreement for Relocation Assignments

Background

Mover offers an opportunity to www.flyttman.se submit offers (price) directly to customers who request a quote via the platform. This is a platform that puts the carrier in direct contact with the customer.

Flyttman wishes to be able to hire a supplier who submits tenders to our customers and carries out assignments according to the customer's wishes with good moving service. Flyttman's customers order services locally, nationally, and abroad. The parties enter into the following agreements.

This framework agreement forms the basis for Mover's tenders/orders for individual Assignments.

The parties strive for a long-term cooperation for the performance of Services.

§ 1 Subject matter of the agreement

1. Mover allows the Supplier to submit tenders directly to the customer via the platform on Assignments for Mover's customers.
2. When performing individual Assignments, no contractual relationship arises between the customer who has contracted Mover and the Supplier.

§ 2 Services

Moving services to be performed by the Supplier include:

• The Supplier uses its own transport vehicle (incl. fuel) with suitable capacity for each Assignment.
• The Supplier provides its own staff in the execution of each Assignment that speaks the language of the country.
• The assignment includes driving transport vehicles to and from the loading point and to and from the unloading point.
• The assignment includes loading and unloading removal goods as well as roughly-furnishing and placing furniture on plastic in the new home.
• The assignment includes moving removal goods between transport vehicles and the loading/unloading point.
• The supplier must have equipment for correct loading and unloading of removal goods, as well as protection of goods with moving blankets and straps.

Additional services in connection with each individual Assignment are agreed separately.

§ 3 Ordering of Assignments

1. Mover's customers request a quote with associated information, pictures about assignments/transport.
2. If, after the individual Assignment has been booked, the customer wishes to order additional services, the Mover must immediately inform the Supplier of this.

§ 4 Remuneration and invoicing

1. The Supplier receives its remuneration as agreed by the Parties for each individual Assignment.
2. Mover creates a credit for the reimbursement of individual assignments after all services have been completed.
3. If the parties agree not to use credit, the compensation must be sent after all services have been completed, and after correct invoicing from the contracting party.
4. Quotes/tenders made by the supplier directly to the customer shall include the Mover's commission of 24% excluding VAT.
